Acceptable Use Policy

DevBoxy helps teams improve lead quality, reduce bounce risk, manage outreach workflows, and use automation responsibly. The platform must not be used for spam, fraud, deception, unlawful data processing, harassment, or abusive campaigns.

• respect unsubscribe and opt-out requests
• maintain suppression lists where required
• verify and clean lead data before campaigns
• avoid misleading subject lines, headers, domains, or sender names
• comply with laws and regulations that apply to your outreach
• use automation with reasonable limits and human oversight
• avoid contacting people who should not be contacted
• keep your account and API credentials secure

• spam or abusive unsolicited messaging
• phishing, impersonation, fraud, or credential theft
• malware, viruses, harmful code, or security attacks
• deceptive sender identity or misleading domains
• harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or abuse
• unlawful discrimination
• adult exploitation, illegal goods, or regulated illegal services
• scams, fake offers, or deceptive lead generation
• scraping, buying, or using personal data without a lawful basis
• bypassing unsubscribe requests or suppression lists
• generating or sending messages to harvested addresses without permission or a lawful basis
• artificially rotating senders to evade abuse detection or provider rules
• overloading, probing, reverse engineering, or attacking DevBoxy systems
• reselling access without written permission
• supporting outbound telemarketing, robocalling, or phone-spam operations
• any activity that violates payment processor, email provider, hosting provider, or applicable platform rules

Email verification tools may not be used to validate unlawfully collected lists, enrich spam operations, or enable abusive mass messaging.

Deliverability and network tools are provided to help legitimate users understand DNS, authentication, domain health, and sending readiness. They must not be used for attacks, enumeration, unauthorized scanning, or abuse.

We may investigate accounts that appear to violate this policy. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account creates legal, security, deliverability, payment, reputational, or platform risk.
