We want DevBoxy customers to understand what they are buying before they subscribe. Our Pricing page explains plan limits, billing periods, included features, and support levels.

If your payment was processed through Paddle, refund requests and payment-related support may also be handled through Paddle using the receipt or subscription management links provided after purchase.
If DevBoxy offers a free plan or free trial, you can use it to evaluate the product before upgrading to a paid plan. Trial details, if available, will be shown before signup or checkout.
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.

For first-time purchases or the first payment of a new subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.

Renewal payments are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved on a case-by-case basis.
If you forgot to cancel and no meaningful usage occurred after renewal, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request fairly.
Custom, enterprise, discounted, or annual plans may have separate written terms. Any special refund or cancellation terms shown in a signed agreement or order form will apply.
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on Paddle, your bank, card network, or payment method.
Where Paddle processes the transaction, Paddle may review and process refunds according to its buyer policies, statutory obligations, and payment rules.
