1. Overview

We want DevBoxy customers to understand what they are buying before they subscribe. Our Pricing page explains plan limits, billing periods, included features, and support levels.

If your payment was processed through Paddle, refund requests and payment-related support may also be handled through Paddle using the receipt or subscription management links provided after purchase.

2. Free plan and trials

If DevBoxy offers a free plan or free trial, you can use it to evaluate the product before upgrading to a paid plan. Trial details, if available, will be shown before signup or checkout.

3. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.

You can cancel through your account billing area, the Paddle subscription management link where applicable, or by contacting hello@devboxy.com.

4. Refund window

For first-time purchases or the first payment of a new subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.

Refund requests should include:

  • account email
  • order or transaction reference, if available
  • plan name
  • reason for the request

5. Usage-based limitations

Because DevBoxy provides digital software, email verification, list processing, and automation tools, we may decline or partially approve a refund if:

  • a substantial portion of the monthly quota was used
  • large email lists were processed
  • the account violated our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
  • the purchase was used for abuse, spam, fraud, or policy violations
  • the request is connected to repeated refund abuse

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved on a case-by-case basis.

If you forgot to cancel and no meaningful usage occurred after renewal, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request fairly.

7. Custom, enterprise, or annual plans

Custom, enterprise, discounted, or annual plans may have separate written terms. Any special refund or cancellation terms shown in a signed agreement or order form will apply.

8. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on Paddle, your bank, card network, or payment method.

9. Paddle transactions

Where Paddle processes the transaction, Paddle may review and process refunds according to its buyer policies, statutory obligations, and payment rules.

Payment-related refund support may be available through:

  • the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle email
