By accessing or using DevBoxy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform.
“DevBoxy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the DevBoxy brand and, where applicable, the legal business that operates the service, currently identified here as DevBoxy. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organization using the service.
DevBoxy provides software tools for B2B outreach workflows, including email verification, bulk email list review, deliverability checks, prospect engagement workflows, automation features, reporting, and related network or domain health tools.
DevBoxy is designed for professional B2B use. It is not intended for spam, deceptive marketing, unlawful data collection, consumer harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law or platform policies.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
Some DevBoxy features may be offered through paid subscriptions, usage-based plans, trials, or custom plans. Plan details, pricing, billing periods, quotas, and included features are shown on the Pricing page or in a written order.
Where Paddle is used, payments, taxes, invoices, receipts, subscription management, and refunds may be handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record or authorized reseller for the transaction.
Paddle.com conducts the order process as the online reseller. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders processed through Paddle. Paddle provides buyer support for payment-related questions and handles returns or refunds where applicable.
DevBoxy does not store your full payment card number when payments are processed through Paddle.
If a plan includes a free trial, the trial terms will be shown before purchase or signup. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription through your account billing area, through the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt where applicable, or by contacting support at hello@devboxy.com.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically provide a refund for past charges unless required by law or allowed under our Refund Policy.
Plans may include limits such as verification quota, automation quota, team seats, API access, data retention, or support level. Usage limits are shown on the Pricing page or in your plan details.
We may pause, limit, or restrict usage that exceeds plan limits, creates platform risk, harms deliverability systems, or violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
